I found a tattered memory
On the sidewalk, weak and dying,
It told me you forgot it there
And left it, lost and crying,
But lucky me, I spotted it
As I was passerby’ing
(It glittered like a winter’s morn
And smelled of flapjacks fryin’)
I picked it up and fixed it up…
And ate it — now it’s my’n!
